Visually impaired chess clubs can now affiliate to the B.C.A.

Following a decision taken at the 2011 AGM Chess clubs for the visually impaired can now affiliate to the B.C.A. Members of affiliated clubs will receive many of the benefits available to full members.  These include:
eligibility to play in BCA correspondence tournaments, Access to the BCA audio chess library, access to online services including e-books and they will also receive the BCA Gazette which gives news reports and much more.  Each affiliated club will also be entitled to cast one vote on issues discussed at the Annual General Meeting of the association.
