B.C.A. sub-committee roles

An important function of the Subcommittee is to ensure that the BCA’s financial systems are fit for purpose and are in line with the requirements of the Charity Commission.  Regular activities include drawing up budgets and monitoring them and also reviewing the balances in the various BCA accounts and making adjustments where necessary.  The Subcommittee is also involved in preparing and agreeing reports and other documents needed for fundraising purposes.  The Subcommittee makes recommendations on finance and fundraising matters to the main committee which is responsible for the final decision.
