JUNIOR B.C.A.

 
  1. Junior B.C.A. is a section within the overall structure of B.C.A.

    Membership-membership of junior B.C.A. is open to visually handicapped persons under the age of 25.

    Subscriptions-membership of junior B.C.A. is free.

    Status-members of junior B.C.A. enjoy full membership status of B.C.A. and are entitled to all the benefits and subject to all the obligations of other members of B.C.A.

    Representation-when membership of junior B.C.A. reaches ten it will be entitled to elect one of its members to serve on the B.C.A. committee.  That member will enjoy equal status with other members of the committee and will be responsible for bringing the views of junior B.C.A. on all matters discussed by the committee.

    Funding-junior B.C.A. will be funded from money designated for junior development.

  2. Members of junior B.C.A. will receive free entry and reduced rates in accommodation for B.C.A. events.  They may also receive other benefits such as the provision of chess equipment etc.
