When sending a cheque, please provide details of your booking requirements including:¨Single room, twin room or double room.

  • If you have mobility problems and would benefit from being located near to a lift or stairs.
  • Any medical details that you would like the association or the accommodation to be aware of.
    Any other requests.

There is no need to send your requirements and requests to the organiser, as the treasurer will do this.  Please do not make such requests direct to the hotel as this causes confusion.

Those who prefer to make payments direct into the B.C.A. account on-line or by direct bank transfer may do so but please ensure your payment is cleared by the closing date and then inform the treasure, that your payment has been made and include your booking requirements as listed above.
Any member wishing to discuss any point with the tournament organiser may still do so.

Please note.

The treasurer can be contacted in Braille, print, tape, email or telephone.
