The Braille Chess

Should you have any reason to complain in respect of a donation made to
the Braille Chess Association please write in the first instance to our
Chairman:
Email the BCA chairman.
We will respond to a complainant within 14 days of receiving the complaint
and will endeavour to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
